Norme<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>privind cur\u0103\u021benia \u0219i sterilizarea \u00a0cabinetelor medicale<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Ca urmare a nel\u0103muririlor produse de apari\u021bia\u00a0<\/span>ordinului 961\/2016<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0privind cur\u0103\u021benia, dezinfec\u021bia \u0219i sterilizarea \u00een unit\u0103\u021bile sanitare, am sim\u021bit nevoia de-a elabora un protocol privind aspectele mai sus enumerate, cu aplicare specific\u0103 \u00een cabinetul stomatologic. Am sintetizat sute de pagini de informa\u021bii actuale at\u00e2t din protocoalele britanic, francez, spaniol, maghiar, c\u00e2t \u0219i din publica\u021bii stiinti\u021bice de prestigiu; desigur, respect\u00e2nd prevederile ordinului 961.<\/span><\/p>\n

Protocolul \u00eentocmit a fost \u00eendelung discutat cu reprezentan\u021bii DSP Bihor, care ne-au dat \u00een final acordul, cu c\u00e2teva solicit\u0103ri pe care vi le trimitem \u00een\u00a0<\/span>adresa anexat\u0103<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/div>\n

Nu consider\u0103m \u00een regul\u0103 s\u0103 fim obliga\u021bi a utiliza doar dezinfectante avizate de comisia national\u0103 de biocide, c\u00e2t\u0103 vreme ordinul 961 (art.7(3)) cuprinde \u0219i dezinfectantele puse pe pia\u021b\u0103 ca dispozitive medicale (o mare parte dintre cele pe care le-am utilizat \u0219i le utilizam).<\/span><\/p>\n

V\u0103 ata\u015f\u0103m, \u00een acest sens,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>adresa 7512\/03.2017<\/strong><\/em><\/span>\u00a0din partea MS, Direc\u0163ia general\u0103 asisten\u0163\u0103 medical\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tate public\u0103. Aceast\u0103 adres\u0103 a fost ob\u021binut\u0103 la cererea unei firme distribuitoare de materiale stomatologice, \u0219i ne-a fost transmis\u0103 de c\u0103tre aceasta.
<\/span>\u00cen\u0163elegem din lectura acestei adrese c\u0103 se reglementeaz\u0103 posibilitatea dezinfect\u0103rii prin mijloace chimice cu dezinfectan\u0163i din categoria dispozitivelor medicale clasa II a \u015fi II b sau prin produse biocide.<\/span><\/em><\/span>
